- Please tell us--briefly--what about Transition interests you: urban agriculture, relocalizing our economy, Permaculture, transit, energy efficient buildings, the arts, potlucks, community-building, or any other activity or policy area?
- I am interested in "all of the above". I see all of these as important issues and would like to learn more more about how i can integrate them into my life and what I can do to spread the word.
- Would you be interested in contributing time or expertise to any of our working groups or to our community villages? If so, please list one or more.

- What would you like to see improved in Vancouver regarding sustainability?
- I would like to see more lanes dedicated to cyclists. I believe people will be encouraged to cycle as a mode of transportation if they feel safer.
