Hey Matea,
This week I'll have a few friends in town staying with us so I'll play it by ear and let you know. If we have a big dinner, you should join us! Will you be around for the long weekend?
x s.
Hi there Matea
You bet, your suggestion is exactly the sort I am interested in pursuing.
Lets keep in touch.
Bye for now.
Clare
Good luck with your B&B. I will keep you in mind for when we have an over-spill of visitors.
Welcome to the "hood".
All the best.

Hey Matea,
We met a while back through Mael and Martin and folks. Great to see to you here. I actually walk by your place all the time. I live near 16th and Dunbar. Would love to meet sometime for a drink - feel free to drop by our place anytime. We're the house with the tire swing out back.
Cheers!
Shelby
Wow, what energy!
I can see you will be building an urban oasis, for yourselves, your neighbours, and of course your guests. You've got a great location in walking distance to all the services you need, and a real forest is just a short bike ride away.
I am currently taking the Permaculture Design Course and both farming and wilding my patch of the city.
It is currently the season for "garden tours" in Vancouver, and I wonder if we should not someday organize a permaculture garden tour to showcase edible, native, soil-amending, and biodiversity-supporting landscapes...no blooming Rhododendrons set on manicured lawns.
It sounds like you are heading for a place on that new tour!
Welcome to the Village!
Now you'll have to join the Dunbar section of Village Vancouver on this page here, and get connected and involved locally.

Hi Matea
Welcome to Village Vancouver. Why don't you join the Dunbar Transition Village (under the Neighbourhood pulldown). That way you can keep in touch more easily with what is going on in our area.
I'm particularly interested in talking with you about permaculture. I took my design certificate course last fall and have been trying to practice it as frequently as possible. We've got a lot going on in terms of urban agriculture particularly with a permaculture bent.Check out the property on the corner of 41st and Blenheim.
Would you be interested in getting involved in organizational activities? We're always looking for new members of the working group. There is so much to do and now that summer has come, we're all involved in farming, beekeeping, etc.
Hope to see you soon.
Ann
