Course on Sustainable Food starting Feb 10 at UBC Continuing Studies

Hello Villagers and Food Fans,

If you'd like to explore global and local food issues, and get an overview of the major challenges in food sustainability today, consider signing up for my course which begins Feb 10, for 5 consecutive Thursday evenings, 6:30-9:30 pm, at Robson Square.  Called Sustainable Food Systems: Issues and Implications, it is part of UBC's sustainability management certificate program, but is also open to anyone who's interested.  Call me if you'd like to chat about it or get more information.
