This network can grow to be the platform for change and for meeting those who want to join us in farming.
I am looking at collective purchase of this property with a very experienced orchardist/horticulturalist/nursery manager/herbalist, geological engineer, and perhaps another knowledgeable lady and her family.

As you can see, we are just beginning to build an on-line community for Village Vancouver, and organize our extensive activities more openly and collaboratively through this site. Please feel free to contribute to a discussion, attend or even enter a new event, join a working group, or even form a Village.
Peter Endisch and Kim Wong are already members from nearby Coquitlam, so there is the start of a Village there. Meanwhile, come to any event posted on our Events page, connect with other Village Vancouver members, and see what you can learn and do.
Also, please update your home page ("My Page" above) with some brief comments about your interests or a short bio. This will help us all connect with people with similar interests in sustainability, transition, or other activities. Maybe find a nice photo to upload, too. :-)
