Moving forward and building an organization takes both time and a coherent strategy. Heading out for an "advance" (who's retreating?!) helps to find perspective and generate consensus and buy-in on new directions and momentum to implement well-considered plans. Our thanks in particular to Mel and Barbara Lehan for donating their home for our three-day work.
