East Van Chicken-friendly housing

Hi everyone,
I am thinking of moving some time in the next few months... can you please keep me in mind for any places that you know of or hear of that would be amenable to chickens?

I may have a place, chicken coop and a veg garden, 1000sqft ground floor in a heritage home Hastings Nanaimo area, what is your price range? would you be willing to help with the garden? cat ok.
