They must be jerusalem artichokes because that's what mine did.  I have no appetite for them though.  c

Maybe.  What did you do with all of them?

I threw them out as they gave us both gas (which is what they are notorious for).  They are also very invasive and will take over a garden bed.  cylia

They are good in risotto and stir fry type of dishes but I found it challenging to store them properly. They were prone to mold. I haven't grown them again because of how much space they take up but they are great (too good) producers!
