Hey Chris,
Oh, I see you've already RSVPed. Great! A number of H-S members have now confirmed (plus some maybes), so a good op to talk about H-S Village.
Ross
Hi Chris,
I've just sent you an invite for the VV Activist gathering on the 31st - hope you can make it!
Cheers,
Ross
Hi Chris,
Thanks! This is actually a larger event which already has a venue. Please see events for Jan 31, and you will find it. Hope to see you there.
I'm tuning in late but if this is a Hastings Sunrise meetup on Tues Jan 31st please count me in. Our house is small but could work.
Glad to hear you're OK, Megan, and yeah, lots going on for me too!
In a couple days, we'll send the potluck address to everyone who's RSVPed on the event post. Hope you can make it! Cheers! Ross
Thanks Ross. I am fine, just lots to deal with at the moment. I will try to come on the 313st. Cheers!
Hey Megan,
Hope you're feeling OK!
Ross
A suggestion...
There's the upcoming VV Activist's meeting on the 31st (not in H-S, but close to, we scheduled it partially with HSVillage in mind). Some HSVillagers are already coming, and we thought might be a good place to help things get going, esecially as there will be time for members to get together with others from their neighbourhoods.
It might be a good time/space to get the ball rolling and create some momentum going into a H-S February gathering.
Ross
Hello,
Yup, January just disappeared on us...
Our house is unfortunately not meant for winter gatherings either - not that much space:(
If there is enough interest for people to meet end of February, I could look into booking a room at the Kiwassa House or Hasting Community Center. Any other place suggestions? Free would be bonus:)
Jana
Hey! I know I stepped up to attempt to put something together awhile ago, but health issues, school and work are just in the way at the moment and I can't put any time in figuring this out. Apologies. Will try to attend anything organized by other folks.
Cheers,
Megan

If you have to leave your village, how will you get where you want to go? By car? Preferably not, both for your wallet and the earth’s sake. This category is for all discussions relating to how we all get around.

A human right? After food, most feel shelter is the most important necessity. A place of shelter is also the start of a community. This category is for all things relating to shelter, housing, affordable housing, homes, renewable heating systems, green buildings, heritage, and our built environment in general.
