I received kefir grains in the summer and have been giving some away to family and friends as the grains have been growing. I'm now in a pickle as I have run out of people to offer them too. If anyone is interested in having some let me know. I think I have enough to share with 4 people right now.

Hi Laura.....I have water kefir grains, milk kefir grains and the kombucha mushroom (scoby).....if you or anyone is interested in any.....I am going to be in Vancouver on the 3rd.......North Vancouver at 10 am in the morning............let me know
Karen

My water kefir grains are brewed with raw sugar, my milk kefir grains are brewed with goat milk
and my kombucha is multiplying so fast I have to keep throwing babies into the compost....so I would rather find homes for them than compost them.....so let me know if anyone is interested.....

Hi there,

I would love to grow milk kefir so I need some Kefir grains if you can share some. Please e-mail me at [email protected] or text me at 778-888-3705 if you like to share your kefir grain. Thanks Susan

Is there anyone who is still able to share some of their (preferrably goat) milk kefir grains? I had exchanged some with some lovely people years ago but after moving a couple times in quick succession my colony AND my backup seeds were ruined!

I'm currently in North Vancouver, if it helps. Thank a lot!

Hi,
I would appreciate some milk kefir grains if anyone has any to give away. I have read that store bought kefir is not as affective for lactose intolerant guts like mine.
