Hey there!
There're some awesome, sturdy-looking and well-reviewed hand cranked oil presses on the internet in the $200 range. This is too much for me! But what a fun toy. We can keep it at your house.
Every year I bring 100 litres of shelling walnuts back from my grandparents', and in addition to making oil from a portion of these I'd like to dabble with making my own cooking oil.
If we find a sturdy one, I see no reason not to share it with as many as 10-15 people.
