Interested in health & wellness, and want to gain practical skills to help you sustain it? Check out my newest workshop at the Trout Lake Community Centre where you can learn all about starting and growing seeds indoors & yoga!

New to yoga? You can also find me teaching regularly at East Side Yoga Studio (just off Commercial at Grant St.) on Wednesdays @ 7:30 for Yoga Basics, and Sundays @ 10:30 for Flow.
