Need a quick overview of basic food gardening strategies to maximize your production throughout the year? In this full-day workshop you'll learn specific timing, management and harvest details for a wide range of popular food crops, and techniques for extending the harvest throughout the seasons. We will also discuss winter protection methods, proper storage and preserving.
Instructor: Grant Watson operates an edible landscaping business and teaches food gardening at various venues around Vancouver.
