Learn to make spicy sauerkraut using local produce in this Kits Village Collaborative Garden workshop. Probiotic, raw, vegan, and Paleo-friendly. Create the fermentation and take home a jar seasoned with your own custom spice mixture (spicy or non-spicy - your choice). Wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in. Bring any of the following items that you can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, large bowl or tub, 500ml wide-mouth jar and lid. Instructor: Alyssa Kohlman.
