Thursday, October 16
Kits Plastic Recycling Depot 6-7 pm. Please arrive by 6:45.
McBride Park Fieldhouse
3350 W 4th Ave @Waterloo

Hosted by Kits Village Vancouver in collaboration with LocoMotoArt.
Drop your plastics off at our FREE recycling depot.

Recycling categories:
1. Soft plastics, i.e. any plastic bags, wraps or packaging,
2. Hard plastics, i.e. any hard plastics, but w/metal parts etc. removed,
3. Styrofoam blocks,
4. Styrofoam containers, i.e. cups and food take out containers,
5. Styrofoam peanuts and other "soft" styrofoam,
6. Wax lined beverage containers,
7. Milk cartons (separate from other beverage containers),
8. Foil lined bags (packaging and wraps).

Please sort your plastics before you come by.

Kits Recycling nights are possible in part thanks to a Green Neighbourhood Small Grant from the City of Vancouver and Vancouver Foundation. Thanks also to Kitsilano Neighbourhood House.

October's Recycling Depot is part of the Sustenance Festival and takes place on WORLD FOOD DAY.

a friend of mine will be bringing a bunch of styrofoam. We both have to leave by 6:05 so wuill be ther a bit before 6.

Hey! My friend informed me that as of May 29th of this year (2014), the city started accepted ALL milk containers (jugs, cartons etc). Just so people know - that they can just put those in their blue bin if they want too! bin http://multimaterialbc.ca/
