Event Description

Want veggies this fall? Crunchy home-grown lettuce and hearty kale outside your door! Even though we're in the midst of summer, the time to plant for the fall and winter is NOW! Don't miss it this year! A month from now is too late. Sign up today for this Village Vancouver workshop to learn how and when to plant cool-weather veggies such as kale, lettuce, parsley, coriander, spinach, and swiss chard on your balcony or in your garden for a fall and winter feast!

We'll have a seed library present - you can get some free seeds for your garden or swap or donate some seeds.

Instructor: Rhiannon Johnson

Reg. # 6044. $27. 50% off with Leisure Access Card.
