It is a great introduction to the world of baking and the knowledge on ingredients.
Learn a variety of techniques to make:
Artisan bread, sweet dinner bun, cocktail bun, melon bun (bo lo bao), steam bun (bao zi)
Mother’s day sponge cake, birthday chiffon cake, bar mousse cake, light cheese cake, jelly roll, muffins,
Meat pie, fruit tart, apple pie, Danish pastry, croissant -----------
Each of the courses is easy hands-on practice.
Participants do the baking and enjoy their sensation product.
Please bring in your own food container to the class.
