Event Description

Come enjoy a meal created and hosted by your neighbor at 5th and Vine. Open to anyone, the drop-ins are especially aimed at neighbours living close to the host (within 2 or 3 blocks).

This is one in a series of dinners, supported by a Green Neighbourhood Small Grant from the Vancouver Foundation (administered by Kits Neighbourhood House), to increase awareness of our food sources and promote community connections.

The source of the ingredients will be tracked, and we'll collate how local our eating habits are at the community gathering.

They’re called Drop-in “Spaghetti” nights, because many of the ones we've held in the past have involved serving spaghetti. This meal, however, will focus on fresh and local produce and perhaps meats and/or cheeses.

Limited to 12 participants.

Exact address will be emailed the day before the event to those who RSVP.

I thought I would still get the message in my inbox. I'll coordinate via direct message next time.

Hi Mathew,
I sent out the address last night to all the rsvps. Do you have your settings so email is turned off?
Janet

ps (I'm reticent to put my address and phone in the general public.)
