“Hidden Legacies” is a 23-minute documentary that profiles the moving stories of several people to examine the intergenerational effects of residential schools on the survivors' families, and the path to healing. The trailer can be viewed at: http://lisajackson.ca/Hidden-Legacies.
The screening will be followed by a panel/discussion Q&A with First Nations and South Asian participants. The event takes place Wednesday, November 19, 6:30-8:30 at the Surrey City Centre Library, 10350 University Drive.
