*Commercial Drive VV Pot Luck & Free Veggie Fermenting Workshop

Join us for our monthly commmunity pot luck and FREE workshop. This month will be fermented vegetables (think sauerkraut, carrots, beets, maybe kim chi). Materials will be provided, but if possible, please bring:
- large knife
- cutting board
- large bowl (bigger the better)
- WIDE MOUTH canning jar(s) and lid (500mL or 1L / pint or quart is ok).
- any veggies you feel like fermenting (cabbage, carrots, beets, radishes, root veggies, GARLIC, onions... just about anything works!)

We will have veggies on hand, but if people can bring a little bit that will make sure we have enough regardless of the turnout.

Our apologies to everyone for the late cancellation last month. Usually, workshops are the third Thursday of every month and you will receive reminder emails if you join the G-W Village email list. Pot luck is from 6:30 - 7:30 and the workshop is from 7:30 - 8:30.
