Dunbar Transition Village is hosting a Cheesemaking workshop. Our guest instructor, David Rotsztain, is a “well-cultured” fermentation expert and an urban farmer/philosopher. He’s been making cheeses on local organic farms for years. He is a graduate of the Linnaea Farm Ecological Gardening Program and runs an organic farm on Mayne Island.
He will be leading three workshops on March 29 due to the demand! The cost for each is $35:
10-1pm, 2-5pm, 6-9pm
Contact [email protected] for details, indicating which times would work for you in order of preference.
