What’s not to love about garlic! We’ll take you right from bulb/seed selection through to preparing the soil, planting, maintenance, harvesting, curing and finally storing garlic. We will learn about the different types of garlic and talk about the many uses of this marvelous crop including culinary and medicinal uses.
