Cost – First class: $10, 5-classes pass: $75
This class is designed for all levels of yoga students who will find the class both challenging and relaxing. We will practice a variety of postures including the sun and moon salutation series to energize; while focusing on breathing to de-stress.
In class Sara demonstrates how to safely get in and out of each pose while providing a variety of modifications to enable all body types to participate. Mats and props are provided
