I am a SF based photographer looking for backyard urban farmers for a project that I hope will turn into a book.  I'm especially interested in unique  or interesting approaches to your home farm. Kiwassa Neighbourhood House has recently started a new group for youth called the Northeast Youth Action Committee.  The goal of the committee is to create a youth-driven group which will identify and carry out community development projects in the Hastings- Sunrise Neighbourhood.

Why Cycling is More Patriotic Than Flag Waving

On the 4th of July my wife Julie and I were biking through downtown Minneapolis to see fireworks at the Mississippi River when someone shouted at us: “Take your clothes off.” We weren’t sure whether to be offended or flattered, until realizing we had pedaled into the midst of a naked bicycle ride.
