As a person with competent hand skills, I do and have interest in many things which provide me with a life.
- There's a saying that "Transition is not a spectator sport". It's true! Village Vancouver runs on people power, and engaging in activities and projects together helps us accomplish more. Which groups, networks, neighbourhood villages, or projects do you think you might be interested in getting involved with? And what knowledge, skills, resources or other assets can you bring to the mix? (Don't be bashful!)

- What would you like to see improved in Vancouver or in your community regarding sustainability or resiliency? Do you have an idea for a new Transition project or activity?
- pedestrian logistics, I operate mostly in a pedestrian mode, through walking or riding a longboard. In winter I ride when I can and in summer I ride 20 to 60 kilometers a day. Walking can be in the same range. I would love to see, feel, more natural paths and less concrete.

Hey David,
My name is Matthew, and I am emailing from Village Burnaby, a newly formed group in Burnaby. We are planning our second potluck for Wednesday January 25th, 2012 at the Bonsor Recreation Centre (6550 Bonsor Ave).
