I just had a chance to check into your amazing background and current avocation. I also watched your spectacular short video on the state of our world.
In my view, we have to model global citizenship on the local level as the most effective way forward. Why would any nation even try to follow Canada's or the West's lead after looking at the streets of the DTES (or almost anywhere there are belching automobiles, piles of plastic waste, or mine tailing ponds)?
I would love to tap into your film making skills to create a powerful VVTV section of this website. We need to document our activities, just as Totnes has done, showing each of our successes and ultimately "how we got to Transition" (if we ever in fact do).
One learns best from teaching, and teaching is the highest calling of all.
Welcome to a small window into a better world. Let's film it.
