Join Village Vancouver
The Main Street Neighbourhood village is holding our monthly potluck dinner and presentation tonight (Tuesday, 7 June) at Little Mountain Neighbourhood House on Main Street at 24th Ave (adjacent to the library). Dinner and a free seed and food plant seedling giveaway start at 6:00 and then an urban gardening presentation and discussion begins at 7 for about an hour. Come and stay as long as you want, or just drop by at any time.

Great to see you again last night.
You rock in your writing, both about the Dunbar Dollar (which I re-posted on our site here and here) and about Little Mountain Housing. Your interview with Ingrid cannot have been easy. It is torture to hear her stories, and the future of the site looks grim, according to Ned Jacobs. We are all worried about her mom and her blind neighbour, who will never get used to all the new fences.
I love your bio on OpenFile, especially the words about local government transparency and liking a good story.
Finally, a real journalist in Vancouver! Dig in, dig deep, and free us from ignorance.
