- There's a saying that "Transition is not a spectator sport". It's true! Village Vancouver runs on people power, and engaging in activities and projects together helps us accomplish more. Which groups, networks, neighbourhood villages, or projects do you think you might be interested in getting involved with? And what knowledge, skills, resources or other assets can you bring to the mix? (Don't be bashful!)

- I love meeting new people and learning about new things. I'm really interested in learning more about gardening as I want to start my own garden this summer. i also love the feeling of being self sufficient. So learning new skills as well as teaching and helping others learn skills I posses I also find enjoyable.

Hi Adriana,
Welcome to Village Vancouver! We have a number of gardening and permaculture activities, including a permaculture blitz (work party/learning op) on the 18th, if you're interested in getting involved. I noticed that you're interested in preserving seed diversity, and we also have a seed packet folding work party for our seed libraries this Sunday from 3-6 and are looking for a few more folks to help.
