Mending Circles

Come and mend your favorite go-to garments in our cosy mending space. We will provide tea and biscuits, mending books for inspiration and all the material (cloth, thread, needles) needed for mending jeans, patches, moth holy cardigans and more. There will also be an ironing board. There will not be a sewing machine since we will be concentrating on boro, shahiko, slow mending and hand stitching. This is not a mending workshop but rather a space to share skills and learn from each other

Free. We have space for 10 people. Currently, there are a few spaces left. You can come to one or both gatherings. RSVP to: czarina lobo (czarinal@yahoo.com).
