Karen, this is Julie Houff of Lake Forest Park. Is this the Karen Hertz I know well? Trying to get creative to reach you and get all our current contact info, as my phone turns out won't let me call outside of u.s.a..... Damn fascists phone corporations...lol. Anyway, my email is julieedh.lmp@gmail.com AND as secondary juliehouff@gmail.com. This looks like a great group.
Hi Karen
I went ahead and approved you as a new member, but it does probably make sense to go back in and change your profile. I would imagine it is fairly straightforward but haven't done it myself. If you have any questions you can always email admin@villagevancouver.ca.
There are lots of emergency prep meetings coming up including the ShakeOutBC next week on the 18th and then a talk on the Cascadia fault zone on the 7th of November at St. James community centre.
I'd really like to get more movement on the site and hope that we have a lot more activity posted in the near future.
Please let me know if there is anything in particular you are interested in, and better yet, keen on getting involved in and maybe taking a leadership role.
Cheers.
Ann
