Welcome Joanna! Look forward to seeing you at some of our events. Let us know if you want to participate in any of our projects (emergency preparedness, Dunbar Dollar, chafer beetle solution, etc.)
With well over 300 members now, VV will be a great place from to seed new NOWBC members.
Please feel free to contribute to a discussion or create a new one, enter and cross-promote NOWBC events, join a working group (especially as Ross asked, VV's Food Network, and of course join the Dunbar Village.
Also, please update your home page ("My Page" above) with some brief comments about your interests or a short bio. This will help everyone connect with people with similar interests in sustainability, or other activities. Maybe find a nice photo to upload, too. :-)
Again, VV's tight connections with NOWBC will continue help both organizations.
Welcome to Village Vancouver! Dunbar Neighbourhood Transition started earlier this month, and I'm sure they'd welcome your presence as well. (See Villages.). And please feel free to post about NOW BC Co-op, of course; after all, NOW is one of our closest allies.
Be well,
Ross
P.S. I'm also sending you an invite to join our Neighbourhood Food Network.
