I am an active senior who swims 1 km, work out in the gym, climbs Grouse Grind/weekly and ballroom dance 5 to 6 times/week. In order to continue this way and be healthy, I eat well and stay socially active and maintain politically correct. Gardening is only one part of this lifestyle.
