Sunday July 24 10-10:45 am Eco-Art: Making Invasive Species Charcoal Pencils In this workshop with Joshua Ralph, you'll learn to render Himalayan Blackberry + Black Locust into usable charcoal pencils. Stick around after the demo to use the new art supplies for some nature journaling! Supplies + journaling paper will be provided but feel free to bring your own sketchbooks. Project support from Canada Service Corps, Rising Youth, and Opus Art Supplies. We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds. Participants will be provided with paintbrushes and containers to take home with the ink. Project support from Canada Service Corps, Rising Youth, and Opus Art Supplies. We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds. Register: admin@villagevancouver.ca
