Village Vancouver

Vancouver's Leader in Transition toward Strong, Resilient, Complete Communities

Hey all,

Phil Marsh will discuss production systems and the science and applications behind Biochar carbon sequestering and nutrient production. Composting can improve poor soils by 66% but by adding biochar poor soils can be improved by 126%. Biochar sequesters carbon from the atmosphere and the final product, when added to soils, can change marginal lands to productive lands in rapid and reasonable amounts of time.

Gosh, I would love to go to this event but can not make it. Ross, is there any chance these great presentations can be videotaped & posted on Village Vancouver so we can see/hear presentations that we were unable to attend??? Thanks for considering this and letting us know. Wish I could be there tonight. Have a great time!:-)
