Event Description
**NOTE classes run every Tuesday for four weeks.
Enjoy yoga outdoors, under the trees. This class will practice gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques and plenty of deep relaxation. Suitable for the beginner or those seeking to get deeper into their practice. Please bring a yoga mat, any props you would like to use, and extra clothes and blankets for cooler weather. In case of rain, class will take place in the Visitor Centre classroom.
