UBC is hosting a free lecture by Dr. Brian Wansink who researches how our food patterns are formed and are maintained, especially in regard to how surroundings affect our consumption of food.
Dr. Wansink’s award-winning academic research on eating behaviour, behavioural economics, and behaviour change have been published
in the world’s top marketing, medical, and nutrition journals.
