Westside Neighbourhood Food Network is one of the largest and most active neighbourhood food networks in Vancouver, engaging in a wide variety of projects and activities including workshops, collaborative gardens, community potlucks, seed libraries, a recycling depot, helping to organize the Westside Food Festival, and more. We also provide advice and other support for other local food projects. In this one hour info session, network coordinator Ross Moster will discuss what a neighbourhood food network is, what WNFN is up to, and how you can participate. We'll have the VV Kits branch VPL community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate some seeds.
