Event Description

Getting together with others in our community to grow, share, celebrate and engage in neighbour generated activities around local food is not only fun, but can lead to satisfying and productive connections which can help us up our time, lower our carbon footprint, save us money, and make our communities healthier, safer and more sustainable.

Learn what Village Vancouver and others are doing to help neighbours network around food and food security - and, most importantly, tell us what you're doing and what you'd like to see happening. No activity is too small to share!

This will be a highly interactive event - we will explore how we can collaborate in all possible ways to increase grassroots activity around food sustainability in Strathcona. From this, new connections will be made, and new activities initiated.
