Join us at the Folk Festival! Stop by and say hi, or hang out on our tarp. Room for up to 16 or 17 people. (Actually, with people coming and going, we can usually accommodate a few more. Saturday there were over 20 of us there.)
Bring some goodies to share, especially from your garden.
Location details posted each day on the bulletin board near the info/lost and found booth. We generally end up pretty close to the stage. Look for our large olive green tarp and the VV lawn sign. (Lawn sign up until the evening concert starts).

Scenes from Folk Fest -
Check out Village tarp runner Derek Irland (in the yellow shirt - and sandals of course) leading the pack in this photo essay in the Tyee.
Thanks Derek for getting us a great location all three days.
Yesterday we shared beans, peas, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries and nasturtiums from Kits Village Collaborative Garden and other gardens, and lots of other delicious snacks. Looking forward to seeing what people bring today!

Sunday VV tarp location:
Same spot as yesterday.
Approximately 6 tarps from centre stage, right next (on the water side) to the yellow "stripe" that runs between the sound booth and the stage. Once again, Thanks Derek for getting us another great location!
Further ways to find the tarp: by 1 pm or so, there'll be 2 or 3 blue and one orange chair, and a couple blue thermarests on the large olive green tarp and the VV lawn sign will be up ('till 5 pm).
This info will also be posted on the bulletin board near the info/lost and found tent, which is near stage 7.
See you there!
