Join us this Friday, June 4th at the UBC Farm for a mini-market from 4:00-5:30pm. We'll have an assortment of produce, including:
Bunching onions
Herbs - Chives, Rosemary, Oregano, Savory, Tarragon, Thyme, Fennel, Sage, Lovage, Mint
Lettuce heads - Marvel of Four Seasons (purple with green highlights) and Drunken Woman
Radishes - French Breakfast
Rhubarb
Spinach, baby (pre-washed & bagged)
Spinach, bunched (larger leaves, great for cooking excellent quality)
And, no promises, but you may find a small quantity of salad mix making an appearance as well. See you Friday! (green with purple highlights) varieties. These lettuce heads are gorgeous!
