Westside Neighbourhood Food Network presents a demonstration workshop by Beth Carruthers using home cultivated wild yeast to make beautiful slow rise bread.
Beth is a student of wild systems, and a teacher of interdisciplinary Environmental Studies. A bread-maker since childhood, she nurtures wild yeast to make wild-ly delicious slow-rise bread with locally grown and ground grains.
