In this Village Vancouver workshop with Alyssa Kohlman, we'll create a tangy fermented relish - perfect for spicing up grilled foods. You'll learn the basics of lacto-fermenting vegetables and go home with a jar or two of relish to finish fermenting. Please bring two wide-mouth 250ml jars, cutting board, knife, and a large bowl if you're able to, and wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in. The workshop welcomes adults and families with children 10 years and older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
