PREPARING THE HARVEST: A RAW FOOD WORKSHOP
Monday, August 29, 6-9pm

- Green smoothie
- Hazelnut milk & butter
- Kale chips
- Zucchini pasta with marinara
- Pumpkin pie
Get ready to add some fresh to your diet! Inspirational raw food chef, Lovena Galyide of Indigo Food, will lead this wonderful raw food preparation workshop. Truly appreciate the natural nutrition and amazing tastes of local, seasonal ingredients as you learn five unique recipes. This interactive class invites you to taste the fruits of the season- in the raw.
