Join Tricia Sedgwick, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, as she guides us through the basic techniques to preserve this season's bounty. Topics to be covered include dehydrating fruit demonstration and sampling, how to eat local over the winter, buying tips and maximizing nutrition through food preparation, and other methods of food preservation, such as canning and fermentation.
Space is limited.
