The proper pruning and training of plum, peach, cherry and fig trees allows them to develop a strong framework to support fruit production, open up the tree canopy to maximize light penetration and reduce the potential for disease. This course will cover the why, how and when to prune and train plum, peach, cherry and fig trees to grow the healthiest trees with lots of fruit buds. For maximum learning, combine this course with “How to Grow more Fruit on your Plum, Peach, Cherry and Fig trees”.
