Probiotic, raw, and Paleo-friendly. Vegan option available. You'll be fully active in creating the fermentation (wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in), and take home a jar customized to your level of spice-tolerance. Bring any of the following items that you can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, large bowl or tub, 500mL wide-mouth jar and lid (or two 250mL jars and lids).
FREE ($7 materials fee). To register: #73591: Marpole Oakridge CC 604.257.8180 or Kimchi (https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/vancouver/Activity_Search/learn-to-make-kimchi/68599) or in person.
