The aim of the Canadian Peace Initiative is to create a federal “Department of Peace.” Come and celebrate the United Nations International Day of Peace by learning about the new Surrey/Delta Chapter of the Canadian Peace Initiative! For more information on the Canadian Peace Initiative visit www.canadianpeaceinitiative.ca. The gathering takes place Wednesday, September 21, 6-8:30 in the Dr. Ambedkar Room (#418) at City Centre Library, 10350 University Drive.
