Event Description

Also called sheet-mulching, lasagna gardening is an easy way to build a garden bed and create rich and healthy soil without any digging or weeding. Learn what materials are used and built in layers, how they “cook down” to produce soil rich in nutrients and microbial activity, and what veggies can be immediately planted. A demonstration lasagna garden bed will be built in class. Instructor: Justin Schneider

I am working the Nat Bailey Farmers Market 10 am -2 pm.
I might drop by on my way home to answer questions about VV activities (I already know about lasagna/sheet mulching)
