Also called sheet-mulching, lasagna gardening is an easy way to build a garden bed and create rich and healthy soil without any digging or weeding. Explore what makes up the soil ecosystem, and discover ways we can support the life in our soil. Learn what materials are used and built in layers to produce soil rich in nutrients and microbial activity. A demonstration lasagna garden bed will be built in class.
