The session was jam packed full of information. Curtis Stone used a powerpoint presentation to illustrate the low cost and high cost options.  Each segment was about 1.5 hrs long and he gave a lot of examples of his own situation. Lunch and a workbook were provided. The session ran from 930 to 415 pm and it was well worth the $100 cost.
