Discover herbs that can be grown in gardens, planters, or your kitchen to be used as everyday medicines.
Claire will discuss a brief history of traditional uses of herbs for healing properties, and medicinal plant gardens throughout the world. With an understanding of the potency and cautions of both culinary and medicinal herbs, she will cover how to make tinctures, teas, salves, and poultices.
